医学论文范文:环氧化酶-2及其选择性抑制剂塞来昔布与舌鳞状细胞癌侵袭的研究进展
【摘要】 环氧化酶(COX)是致炎物质地诺前列酮合成过程中的重要限速酶。COX-2是环氧化酶的诱导型，参与炎症反应和肿瘤的发生。包括舌鳞状细胞癌在内的大多数恶性肿瘤均有COX-2的阳性表达。COX-2的活性增强还能提高细胞与细胞外基质蛋白的黏附能力，增强基质金属蛋白酶的表达水平，增加肿瘤细胞的侵袭力。进一步研究COX-2选择性抑制剂塞来昔布与舌鳞状细胞癌侵袭之间的关系，对舌鳞状细胞癌的治疗和预后有非常重要的意义。

[Abstract] Cyclo-oxygenase(COX) is the major rate-limiting enzyme for the synthesis of prostaglandins. COX-2,which is the inducible form, involved in inflammation and cancer incidence. Study found, COX-2 was overexpressed in the majority of malignant carcinomas including tongue squamous carcinoma. In addition, the increasing activity of COX-2 can improve the adhesion capacity of cells and the extracellular matrix protein, enhance expression level of matrix metalloprotease, and increase the invasion of tumor cells. Further studing the relationship between the cyclo-oxygenase-2 selective inhibitor and tongue squamous carcinoma invasion is very important for tongue cancer treatment and prognosis医.学全.在.线网站www.med126.com医.学全.在.线网站www.med126.com.

舌鳞状细胞癌(tongue squamous cell cacrci-noma，TSCC)是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，早期即可发生颈部淋巴结转移。舌鳞状细胞癌转移严重影响患者的预后，也是舌鳞状细胞癌患者死亡的重要原因之一。大量的研究资料显示，环氧化酶(cyclo-oxygenase，COX)-2通过多种机制参与恶性肿瘤的发生发展和浸润转移，而其选择性COX-2抑制剂塞来昔布对多种恶性肿瘤的发生和发展都有明显的抑制作用。COX-2在舌鳞状细胞癌中呈过度表达，其水平明显高于癌前期病损黏膜和正常上皮。下面就该酶在舌鳞状细胞癌侵袭中的作用及其特异性抑制剂塞来昔布对舌鳞状细胞癌侵袭作用的抑制作一综述。
