基质金属蛋白酶_7及其组织抑制因子_1在胃癌中的表达与浸润、转移的关系研究
【摘要】 目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶_7(MMP_7及其组织抑制因子_1(TIMP_1在胃癌中的表达与浸润、转移的关系。方法：应用免疫组化检测36例胃癌标本中肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中MMP_7和TIMP_1的表达，并进行回顾性随访。结果：胃癌组织中MMP_7阳性表达率(58.3%明显高于癌旁组织(5.6%，P<0.01，胃癌组织中TIMP_1阳性表达率(44.4%与癌旁组织(50.0%无统计学意义。胃癌中MMP_7和TIMP_1之间表达强度关系无明显相关性。TIMP_1表达随胃癌TNM分期增加而减少(P<0.05。结论：MMP_7表达与胃癌组织学行为有关，TIMP_1可能抑制胃癌的浸润、转移。

Methods：The immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MMP_7 and TIMP_1 in 36 patients with gastric carcinoma. Results: The positive expression rate of MMP_7(58.3%in gastric carcinoma was higher than that of paracarcinoma mucosa(5.6%(P<0.05，there was no difference of the expression of TIMP_1 between gastric cancer(44.4%and paracarcinoma mucosa(50.0%. The expression of TIMP_1 decreased with the increase of TNM staging(P<0.05.
