医学免费论文:鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移灶放疗、热疗的观察及护理
【摘要】 目的：比较放疗配合热疗在治疗鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移灶中的作用。方法：对我科收治的46例有颈部淋巴结转移癌≥4 cm的鼻咽癌患者，随机分成两组，观察组26例，采用放疗+热疗方法治疗;对照组20例，采用单纯放疗方法治疗。结果:放疗结束时，观察组、对照组颈部淋巴结全消率分别为61.5%、30.0%，经χ2检验，P<0.05，有统计学意义。结论:对颈部较大淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌患者，放疗配合热疗有明显的互补和增效作用，做好热疗过程的护理，可减少热疗不良反应，增加治疗肿瘤的敏感性，以改变患者的生存质量，提高生存率。

Methods: Fortysix patients with enlarged cervical lymph node (diameter ≥ 4 cm) due to metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing treatment were randomly assigned into group A (n=26) and group B(n=20), patients in group A were treated with radiotherapy and hyperthermia, patients in group B were treated with radiotherapy, the patients were received good nursing, and the effects were studied and nursing care was summarized; χ2 test was used for the analysis of qualitative data, and P<0.05 was considered significant. Results: After therapy, the resolution of enlarged cervical lymph nodes in group A and B was 61.5% and 30% respectively, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hyperthermia has marked adjunctive effects on the radiotherapy of cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and may enhance the general effect; delicate nursing may reduce adverse reactions of hyperthermia, increase sensitivity of carcinoma to radiotherapy, improve life quality , and enhance survival rate医.学.全.在.线www.med126.com.

鼻咽癌发生颈淋巴结移转很常见，对较大的淋巴结转移，单纯放疗效果欠佳，局部配合热疗提高治愈率，肿瘤热疗又称加温治疗，是治疗肿瘤患者的一项新技术，通过肿瘤组织加热的温度达到41～43 ℃，并维持30～40 min以上，引起肿瘤细胞生长受阻，凋亡的一种治疗方法，有明显的互补和增效作用[1，2]。现将热疗的护理报道如下。
