穴义

夹，从两个相对的方向固定不动；脊，脊柱。
穴在脊柱两侧共计17穴，从两旁将脊柱夹于其中，故名。

Meaning

Jia, fixed firmly on both side; ji, vertebral column.
The points are respectively on both sides of vertebral column.
There are 17 points on each side. It seemed that these points might fix the vertebra in the middle from both sides, so the points were named "Jiaji".

定位

在背腰部，当第一胸椎至第五腰椎棘突下两侧，后正中线旁0.5寸。侧17穴。左右共34穴。

Location

On the back and lower back, 0.5 cun lateral to the lower border of each spinous process from the first thoracic vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra. One side has 17 points, both sides of the spinal column have a total of 34 points.

主治

1. 上胸部穴位治疗咽喉、心、肝、上肢部病
2. 下胸部穴位治疗肝、胆、脾、胃疾病
3. 腰病穴位治疗泌尿、生殖、肠腑、腰骶及下肢部病证

Indication

1. The points on the upper portion of the thorax are used to treat diseases of the throat, heart, lung, and upper extremities.
2. The points on the lower portion of the thorax are used to treat diseases of the liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach.
3. The points on the lumbar region are used to treat diseases of the urogenital system, the intestinal tract, the lumbasacral region and lower extremities.

针法

直刺0.3-0.5寸，或用梅花针叩刺
