主治
① 腰背痛之要穴；
② 清热泻火，治高热抽搐，急性吐泻（点刺出血）；
③ 降血压（点刺出血）；
④ 坐骨神经痛或下肢瘫痪等。

Indication
1. main point for pains of the back and lumbar.
2. convulsion caused by high fever, acute vomiting and diarrhea(peck to bleeding).
3. lowering high-blood pressure(peck to bleeding).
4. sciatic neuralgia, paraplegia, etc.

针法
① 直刺1-1.5寸；
② 三棱针点刺出血；
③ 不宜用直接灸炷灸。

Method
1. puncture perpendicularly 1-1.5 cun.
2. peck to bleeding with three-edged needles.
3. not suitable for direct moxibustion.
