足太阳膀胱经重点穴:次髎(膀胱经32)

穴义

次，第二；髎，骨隙。
本穴位当第二骶后孔。

Meaning

Ci, second; liao, foramen.
The point is at the second posterior sacral foramen.

定位

膀胱俞与第二骶椎下连线之中点。

Location

the midpoint of the line connecting Pangguangshu and the lower border of the spinous process of the 2nd sacral vertebra.

主治

① 泌尿系统疾病要穴，治尿路感染、尿潴留、遗尿等；
② 生殖系统疾病要穴，治阳萎、遗精、月经不调、痛经、滞产等；
③ 局部酸痛；
④ 下腹部手术针麻要穴。

Indication

1.main pointof the urinary system: cystitis, retention, enuresis, etc.
2. main point for diseases of the genital system: impotence, spermatorrhea, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, prolonged labor, etc.
3. pain of the local area.
4. main point of the acupuncture anaesthesia in the lower abdomen.

针法

直刺1-1.5寸，但不宜过深，以防损伤骶神经。

Method

puncture perpendicularly 1-1.5 cun, but not too deep lest the sacral nerve be hurt.
