本穴是小肠之气转输于后背体表的部位。

Xiaochang, small intestine; shu, point.
This point is where the Qi of Small Intestine is infused into the back.

定位

第一骶椎棘突下，旁开1.5寸。

Location

1.5cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 1th sacral vertebra.

主治

① 小肠病要穴，治腹痛，腹泻；
② 治遗尿，血尿，尿频，尿急，尿痛等；
③ 治局部酸痛，骶髂关节炎等。

Indication

1. main point for diseases of the small intestine: abdominal pain, diarrhea.
2. enuresis, hematuria, frequent micturition and pain of urination.
3. pain of the local area, sacral or iliac arthritis, etc.

针法

直刺0.8-1.2寸

Method

perpendicularly 0.8-1.2cun
