足太阳膀胱经重点穴位简介:天柱(膀胱经10)

穴义

天，天空；柱，支柱。
上部为天。颈椎古称"柱骨"；穴在其旁。

Meaning

Tian, heaven; zhu, pillar.
Upper is considered as heaven. The cervical spine was called Zhugu(Pillar bone) in ancient times; the point is lateral to it.

定位

后发际正中直上0.5寸，旁开1.3寸，斜方肌外缘凹陷中。

Location

0.5 cun directly above the midpoint of posterior hairline, 1.3cun lateral to the anterior-posterior midline, in the depression of lateral border of m.trapezium.

主治

① 头痛项强，颈椎病等；
② 感冒鼻塞，咽喉疼痛。

Indication

1. neck rigidity, cervical spondylopathy
2. cold-caused nose stuff, sore throat

针法

直刺或向正中线斜刺0.5-1寸，不可向内上方深刺，以免伤及延髓。

Method

puncture perpendicularly or obliquely in the direction of the midline 0.5-1cun. Deep puncture upward is prohibited to avoid medulla injury.
