公，有通的意思；孙，孙络。
孙，在此处特指络脉，脾经之络脉是从此通向胃经的。

定位

第一跖骨基底部的前下方凹陷处，赤白肉际。

主治

1、胃肠病之要穴，治胃痛，腹痛，呕吐，泄泻等。
2、局部病痛。

Indication

直刺0.8-1.2寸。
