Merlins Roost is on the 1st and 2nd floors of a stone and slate Cornish house. All rooms look seaward with spectacular views of the internationally known King Arthur's Castle Island, and miles of sea including three light houses. Tintagel is within easy reach of sandy beaches, coastal footpaths, sea fishing, horseriding and golf courses and is near Bodmin Moor and Moorland villages. There are also many eating places, pubs and shops locally. For the nature enthusiast, badgers feed in the garden after dark.

Accommodation

There are three bedrooms, two of which are double and the other has bunk beds. There is a bathroom with bath with over head shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Lounge and dining room and a small kitchen. The lawned area and car park at the back is shared with Merlins Den.
