【摘要】 目的 研究血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死之间的关系，为脑梗死的防治提供循证医学的依据。方法 选择我院2008年8月～2009年3月脑梗死住院病人60例,检测其HCY、颈动脉内中膜厚度、颈动脉粥样硬化狭窄程度。结果 HCY、颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死密切相关。结论 血同型半胱氨酸升高、颈动脉粥样硬化有发生脑梗死的可能。

【Abstract】Objective To study blood homocysteine, carotid atherosclerosis and their relationship with cerebral infarction, and provide evidence-based medicine for the prevention and treatment for cerebral infarction.Methods 60 cases with cerebral infarction in our hospital from August 2008 to March 2009 were studied. Detection of blood homocysteine, color Doppler ultrasound detection of carotid intim amedia thickness, carotid atherosclerosis and its degree of stenosis were carried out.Results Blood homocysteine and carotid atherosclerosis were closely related to cerebral infarction.Conclusion Blood homocysteine and carotid atherosclerosis are closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction.

脑血管疾病已跃居各类疾病之首，其致死率与致残率甚高，存活者中约有75%的病人不同程度的丧失了劳动力，带来了极大的家庭压力和社会影响[1，2]。因此预防脑血管疾病的发作显得尤为重要。发现危险因素，及时加以干预是预防的关键。本文探讨血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的相关性，以期更好地进行干预，降低缺血性脑梗死的发生。
