医学免费论文:可调整缝线在青光眼白内障联合手术中的应用
【摘要】 目的：探讨可调整缝线在青光眼白内障联合手术中的应用。方法：将68例75眼青光眼合并白内障患者随机分成对照组和观察组，对照组行超声乳化法+小梁切除术，观察组行超声乳化法+小梁切除+可调整缝线术治疗，术后随访3～12mo。结果：两组患者术后眼压比较无统计学意义，术后3mo随访，视力≥0.5观察组和对照组无统计学意义。而在随访6～12mo中观察组视力≥0.5明显多于对照组，具有统计学意义。术后3d对照组前房出现渗出物多于观察组，两者比较具有统计学意义。结论：青光眼白内障联合手术中应用可调整缝线能够减少前房渗出，降低眼压，在联合手术中起着重要的作用。

AbstractAIM: To investigate the application of releasable suture in combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy.METHODS: Sixtyeight patients (75 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract were randomly divided into observation group (40 eyes) and control group(35 eyes). Observation group accepted phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation,trabeculectomy and releasable suture;control group accepted phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantaion and trabeculectomy. All patients were followed up for 312 months postoperatively.RESULTS: There was no statistical significance of the postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) between two groups.There was no marked difference of the postoperative early visual acuity between two groups.However,After 612 months followup,the visual acuity of observation group and control group occured statistical difference. And the effusion in anterior chamber of two groups occured statistical difference too.CONCLUSION: Effusion in anterior chamber decreased, and IOP can be stepped down by application of releasable suture in combined phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy.

0 引言
青光眼、白内障均是我国目前主要致盲眼病之一,且多见于老年人,随着我国人民健康水平的提高,人均寿命的延长,人口老龄化的发展,青光眼、白内障患病率必将因之增高。为减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的视力,许多医师在寻求最合适的手术时机和方法以达到最理想的结果。现将本院200601/ 200712青光眼白内障联合手术的住院病例 68例75眼的手术效果分析如下。
