医学论文范文:健儿强身膏对哮喘豚鼠肺组织病理的影响
【摘要】 目的：观察健儿强身膏对支气管哮喘豚鼠模型肺组织病理的影响。方法：采用卵蛋白(OVA)致敏法制备豚鼠哮喘模型，将豚鼠随机分为6组，即空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、中药(高、中、低)3个剂量组，分别观察各组引喘潜伏期(T)、支气管和肺组织的病理及超微结构变化。结果：健儿强身膏3个剂量组均能延长豚鼠哮喘诱发潜伏期，与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药各剂量组上气道炎症及肺组织病理症状与模型组相比均有不同程度改善，其作用与剂量呈相关性，效果与地塞米松相似。结论：健儿强身膏能有效降低肺组织炎性细胞浸润，改善肺组织的病理学变化。

The effect of Jianerqiangshen electuary on bronchial tube and pulmonary morphology
of guinea pigs with asthma

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of Jianerqiangshen electuary on bronchial tube and pulmonary morphology of asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods: The asthmatic guinea pig model was established with the ovalbumin(OVA) challenge methods. Forty-eight guinea pigs were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group，asthma model group，DXM –treated group，three dose groups of Jianerqiangshen electuary. The effects of relieving asthmatic attacks were observed，and pulmonary morphology and ultramicrostructures were observed too. Results: Compared with the model group，Jianerqiangshen electuary groups could prolong the latent period of asthmatic attack significantly(P<0.05). The quantity of inflammation germ cells in Jianerqiangshen electuary treatment groups was significantly lower than that in model groups.The diference between groups treated had a positive correlation with the dose of electuary. The effect of Jianerqiangshen electuary was as good as DXM . Conclusion: Jianerqiangshen electuary could reduce the inflammation germ cell in filtration and improve the condition in lungs.

哮喘是由多种细胞，如嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、肥大细胞、T淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞及气道上皮细胞等和细胞组分共同参与的气道慢性炎症疾病，也是儿童期最常见的慢性疾病。目前，主要应用于临床的治疗药物是缓解症状和控制发作的药物。长时间使用具有一定的副作用。而中医药在治疗哮喘方面具有效果显著稳定、药效持续时间长、副作用小、善于预防和治本的优点[1]。健儿强身膏是南通市中医院江苏省名中医鄂惠的效应方，在临床中能有效控制哮喘发作期症状，可使易感儿童呼吸道感染次数减少，哮喘的发病率下降。本实验旨在基于显著临床疗效的基础上，进行其药效学及作用机理的实验研究，观察其对哮喘豚鼠肺组织的病理变化，为中药防治哮喘提供一定实验依据。
