头颈外科论文鼻息肉电动切割器在中鼻甲成形术中的应用
【摘要】目的 探讨鼻息肉电动切割器在中鼻甲成形术中的应用价值。方法 将380例患者按术中中鼻甲成形术处理方式不同分为2组。观察组256例，应用鼻息肉电动切割器行中鼻甲成形术；对照组124例，常规方法行中鼻甲成形术。术后比较2组的治愈率、总有效率及术腔黏连情况。结果 观察组治愈率94.92%，总有效率97.27%，术后鼻腔黏连发生率3.13%；对照组治愈率87.10%，总有效率92.74%，术后鼻腔黏连发生率9.68%。2组比较，总有效率有显著性差异（χ2=4.238,P＜0.05)，治愈率有极显著性差异（χ2=7.256,P＜0.01)，鼻腔黏连发生率有显著性差异(P＜0.001)。结论 应用鼻息肉电动切割器行中鼻甲成形术是鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术中妥善处理中鼻甲病变的一种理想方法。

鼻窦内窥镜技术为鼻窦炎、鼻息肉等疾病的诊断治疗提供了广阔的前景,并广泛应用于临床工作中［13］。在鼻内窥镜手术中，由于中鼻甲具有许多重要的生理功能，术中既切除病变，又保留中鼻甲形状，是鼻窦手术成功的关键，因此应用鼻息肉切割器行中鼻甲成形术，对内窥镜鼻窦手术的疗效具有非常重要意义。作者对256例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉伴中鼻甲病变者在内窥镜鼻窦手术中应用鼻息肉电动切割器行中鼻甲成形术，取得满意疗效，现报道如下。
