对《难经》针灸学成就进行了归纳总结,认为其贡献有三:1.确立奇经学说,完善经 络理论;首倡八脉之名,完善八脉循行,详述生理病理。2.阐释特定穴,理论与实践并重; 首创八会穴及其主治,完善十二原穴及治疗机理,确立五输穴应用大法。3.奠定配穴诸法 ,完善刺灸理论;奠定补母泻子法,首创泻南补北法,拓展迎随补泻法,重视营卫四时补泻 。

The achievements of acupuncture and moxibustion science in the Classic on Medical Problems were summarized. There are contribution of the following three aspects in the book: 1. Establish the theory of extra-channels, perfecting the theory of meridians; Initiate the name of eight extra-channels, perfecting the pathway of the eight extra-channels and describe in detail their physiology and pathology; 2. Explain specific points, paying equal attention to theory and practice; Initiate the eight influential points and their indications, perfecting the twelve source points and establish application principles of Five Shu points; 3. Establish several methods of point combination, perfecting the theory of needling and moxibustion; Establish the method of the combination of reinforcing mother point and reducing son point; Initiate the method of reducing south and reinforcing north, and open up the method of reinforcing and reducing by puncturing along and against the direction of the meridians respectively, and pay a great attention to reinforcing and reducing of Ying, Wei and four seasons.
